Our Aerospace Client in Euclid OH is expanding and looking for a Hands-On Manufacturing Support Associate to help pack up the production area and set up the new department. This role involves CNC machine disassembling/reassembling, moving equipment, use of hand tools, organizing materials, and keeping operations running smoothly during the transition.

1st Shift - Flexible hours – part-time or full-time contract work
$17.77/hr.

What You’ll Do:

• Pack, move, and stage equipment, tools, and materials
• Organize and set up the new production area
• Follow direction and complete tasks safely and efficiently
• Work independently and take initiative when needed
• Assist with general labor and facility support as required

• Must have experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or general labor 
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs. and stand for long periods
• Mechanically inclined and reliable
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to follow instructions (critical thinking skills)
• Works well independently
