Our client in Willoughby, OH is a manufacturer of injection molded and extruded ceramic products.
They are currently seeking an Ceramic Core Finisher for their successful operation! 

1st Shift 
$17/hr., depending on experience

Summary 
Finish and repair ceramic hardware product & airfoils in accordance with the standard operating procedures and customer supplied specifications 

Responsibilities 

• Finish and repair ceramic hardware product and airfoils using handheld and free-standing equipment and tools
• Visually inspect product and identify defects
• Maintain required documentation and paperwork
• Communicate effectively with manager, lead person, quality inspectors, engineering, and fellow operators
• Assure proper completion of end of shift duties including production reporting, required TPM, and 6S activities

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Experience with ceramic products is preferred
• High attention to detail
• Strong fine motor skills with ability to handle small, fragile parts
• Use of precision handheld dremel, razor blades, eye loops, sand paper
